Anyways summer is around the corner (Yay!!) and I thought of posting some useful pictures that can motivate you back into your workout or keep you going.

Love this post. Especially the picture with the scale. So true. I weigh myself every morning and then frown when it's not the number I like. lol. So ridiculous. Thanks for sharing this. Very inspiring. The jar thing sounds awesome too!
